The development project at Likoni Flats estate is being developed by Goldland Rinco Company and the Mombasa County Government, under the Public-Private Partnership framework. The development will consist of 2- and 3-bedroom apartments, as well as other auxiliary support facilities such as a commercial space, nursery schools, and kid’s play areas. Phase 1 –will have an approx. of 400 units + 100% commercial, Phase 2 approx. 500 units and Phase 3 an approx. of 500 units. The development will feature high-tech security and access control systems with ample parking, paved and lit streets, manicured gardens, a borehole water supply, and sewer treatment.
