This is a brown-site project situated in the Likoni area of Mombasa County, Kenya, and offers affordable residential housing targeting middle-income citizens who would like to be homeowners. The project consists of 53 residential blocks of two and three-bedroom housing units and ancillary support facilities including a convenience shopping area and community center with ample parking and green and recreational areas including a mini soccer pitch and 4 baketball pits. The project Masterplan is designed with an aim toward net-zero to attain the highest levels of sustainability and least environmental impact.
The project is a co-development with the County Government of Mombasa and falls under the Kenyan Government’s Big four agenda of the Affordable housing program which seeks to ensure that low- and middle-income earners have access to decent and affordable housing.
